How do I pair with my partner?
One of you creates a "playground" and shares the invitation code with the other. The second person enters the code to join, and from then on your games, scores, and content are shared between the two of you. Only share your code with the person you want to pair with.
How do subscriptions work?
2ofUs Premium is an auto-renewable subscription with monthly and annual options. One subscription covers both you and your partner. Payment is handled by Apple through your App Store account — we never see your card details. Premium unlocks all games, unlimited plays, custom story templates, full history, and advanced stats.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in the App Store app. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the current paid period.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@2ofusapp.com and we'll delete your account, profile, and content for you. This also removes you from your shared playground, which may affect what your partner sees.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple — we can't issue them ourselves. On your iPhone: open reportaproblem.apple.com (it works right in Safari), sign in with your Apple ID, tap "I'd like to…" → "Request a refund," choose the 2ofUs purchase, pick a reason, and submit. Apple reviews it and decides. You can also start from the App Store → your profile → Purchase History → "Report a Problem." Want to just stop future renewals instead? Is my data private?
Yes. We don't use advertising networks, cross-app tracking, or behavioral analytics, and we never sell your information. Your game content is shared only with the partner you're paired with. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
